This return policy is applicable to all purchases made from Home Patch Ltd both online & offline. At Home Patch Ltd we understand how much you value your every purchase and we are committed to making your shopping experience with us as satisfying as possible. So, if you received any faulty or damaged products get in touch with us within 5 days at sales@homepatch.co.nz and we will either refund you or send you a replacement product upon receipt of the damaged or faulty product.

Change of mind

Home Patch Ltd does not provide refunds upon change of mind, so please choose your products carefully.

Wrong order delivered
We take extra care while delivering your product, but if by chance a wrong product is delivered to you, we assure you we will replace it with the right product. All you have to do is send the wrong product to us and we will take care of the rest.

Please note that in this scenario, we should be informed within 5 days of delivery.

Product received is faulty
If the product you receive is faulty, We will replace your product. The product needs to be sent back to us, so that we can check and confirm that it is faulty.

Please note that in this scenario, we should be informed within 5 days of delivery. Any product received or complained about after 5 days will not be exchanged or refunded.

Products damaged in transit
If the product you receive has been damaged in transit, we will replace your product.

Delivery delays and lost packages

While Home Patch Ltd will endeavor to dispatch your order within 24 hours and use reputable courier companies, they are independent to us therefore we have no control over delivery time frames. While most orders are received within 1-3 working days, sometimes delays beyond our control can occur resulting in longer delivery times. While Home Patch Ltd will endeavor to follow this up with the courier company and do our utmost to get this to you, unfortunately we hold no responsibility for this type of delay, We do not refund or replace delayed orders; however, in the event your order be deemed lost by the courier company we will then replace or refund it.
