What is Included?
1200 Needle Derma Roller (1.5mm)
This roller is used on the body for treating large areas of skin due to its large width, thus making the needle length suitable for treating most skin issues, such as shallow stretch marks, light scarring, and loose sagging skin.
720 Needle Derma Roller (1.0mm)
For use on the face to treat light acne scarring and other skin problems around the face. Most importantly it should not be used around the eyes, as the skin is very thin around that area.
300 Needle Derma Roller (0.5mm)
Use this roller for treating small areas of skin. The 0.5mm needle length means that it is suitable for use around the eyes to treat crow’s feet for example and in tricky to reach areas, such as between the nose and lips.
12 Needle Derma Stamp (2.0mm)
Best used to spot treat damaged skin, deep acne scars, and deep stretch marks.
As the derma stamp has a different design to the usual derma roller, thus it uses a stamping motion to pierce the skin, as opposed to a rolling motion.
Given the needle length is quite long and the skin on the face is relatively thin, it must be cautiously used on the face.
Silicone Brush
The soft silicone brush is a very effective tool for cleaning skin prior to DRS treatment. Moreover it is gentle on the skin.

The built in basin allows for the easy disinfection of your derma rollers.
How to use your DRS Derma Roller System?
- Interchange the DSR Derma Roller head according to the treatment type and area.
- Sanitise the roller by soaking in 75% medical alcohol such as Isopropyl in the disinfection basin For 5-8 minutes.
- Wash your skin thoroughly with the silicone brush and dry.
- Apply a suitable nutritional serum around the area of skin where you attend to use the roller.
- For best results use light pressure, gently rolling over the skin in horizontal, vertical, and diagonal directions, whilst passing each area of the skin 4-5 times per direction. Do not over roll over the same section and avoid rolling backwards and forward to prevent scratching.
- Rinse roller in warm water then sanitise.
- After derma rolling, reapply suitable nutritional serum in case of skin inflammation.
How to clean your DRS Derma Roller:
- Rinse the derma roller in warm water.
- Then sterilise the roller head with 75% medical alcohol such as Isopropyl.
- leave the roller head to air dry after soaking.
- Place back in the provided storage once dry.
Safe to Use
The short micro needles are non-invasive, safe and easy use at home.
When using microneedles on the epidermis of the skin, you must be gentle during the initial operation and the skin should be adapted from light to heavy, slowly increasing the number and intensity of the rolling. How much pressure you use is based on what you can bear.
